Learning Hausa Easily and Effectively

The Hausa language is the Chadic language with the largest number of speakers, and according to Ethnologue spoken as a first language by about 25 million people, and as a second language by about 18 million more.

Hausa belongs to the West Chadic languages subgroup of the Chadic languages group, which in turn is part of the Afro-Asiatic language family.

Native speakers of Hausa reside mainly in Niger. The language however is used as a lingua franca in a much larger area of West Africa. This includes Accra, Abidjan, Dakar, Lomé, Cotonou, Bamako, Conakry, Ouagadougou, as well as in Douala, Yaoundé, Maroua, Garoua, N’djaména, Bangui, Libreville.
